Аннотация: Предметом исследования являются международно-правовые основы коалиционного военного строительства Организации Договора о коллективной безопасности. Объектом исследования является Организация Договора о коллективной безопасности, а также процессы коалиционного военного строительства в рамках данной организации. В формате целей работы ставиться задача правового обоснования востребованности последовательного совершенствования мероприятий коалиционного военного строительства как в вопросах создания и развития компонентов Военной составляющей Организации, так и в вопросах организации их применения и всестороннего обеспечения. Используются классические для науки международного права методы: формально-логический метод, метод сравнительного анализа, также проводиться анализ статистических данных. По результатам анализа сделан вывод о значимости места и роли ОДКБ в системе универсальной международной безопасности. Исследуются отдельные политико-правовые аспекты развития сотрудничества в рамках данной организации. Автор также исследует вопрос перспектив развития данной организации и приходит к выводу о необходимости совершенствования военного сотрудничества в рамках данной организации.

Abstract: The subject of this research is the international legal framework of the coalition military development of the Collective Security Treaty Organization. The object of this research is the Collective Security Treaty Organization, as well as the processes of the coalition military development within the framework of this organization. The goal of this work is the legal substantiation of the demand for the sequential improvements of the activities of the coalition military development in both, the questions of creation and development of components of the military component of the organization, as well as in the issues of organization of their application and comprehensive support. Based on the results of the analysis, the conclusion is made on the importance of the place and role of the CSTO in the system of universal international security. The authors examine separate political and legal aspects of the development of cooperation within the framework of this organization, as well as the question of prospects of development of this organization.

Аннотация: In today’s world a significantly large quantity of various types of political conflicts, internal and external, different in scale and covering a variety of geographical territory, involving different ethnos, social and political strata, and political systems, are arising simultaneously, undergoing all kinds of degrees of escalation and fading away. With each and every new conflict, that has reached an institutional stage as a result of political action to resolve it, experience is gained with respect to the impact it has on modern day conflicts to try to prevent the conflicts from escalating into a destructive stage for society. Today various countries garner their efforts together to resolve international conflicts, various international institutions are in effect that enable a third party to foster resolution to the conflict. However, despite the amount of experience gained, the number of current conflicts is hardly on the decline, on the contrary, their numbers are dynamically growing, and in some cases so quickly that the system of socio-political relations of modern day society simultaneously have become more complicated.
