Батлер У.Э. Доклады на расширенном заседании Ученого совета, посвященные 85–летию Института: Место российского права в мировом юридическом пространстве

Аннотация: В основу статьи положен доклад У.Э. Батлера, представленный на расширенном заседании Ученого совета Института законодательства и сравнительного правоведения при Правительстве РФ, посвященном 85–летию его основания. В статье анализируются изменения в правовой системе России, существующие точки зрения, а также авторская позиция по вопросу о месте российской правовой системы в мировом правовом пространстве.

Abstract: The main idea of the article is to give the recommendation concerning the creation of the International Financial Center in Russian Federation. The creation of the International Financial Center in Russian Federation raise many problems of legal nature. So it is obvious that to achieve this aim it is not enough to enact one or even several laws. The authors suggest a systemic approach in reaching this purpose. The way of moving towards the purpose of internationalization of Russian financial market includes the conceptual change of legislation in the financial markets, the growth of state regulations, and the correction of the general rules in Civil Code of Russian Federation in the direction of investors’ protection. The Recommendations, made in the Article should give the result of attracting investors to Russian Financial market including foreign investors. Much should be done in development of the proceedings for settlement of investment disputes.
