Аннотация: Legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation represent a new feature of Russian legal system, and are often used in practice of this body of constitutional control. The problem of role of legal positions of the Constitutional Court in the science of constitutional law is related to a broader issue of evaluation of role of the constitutional justice as a whole in the Russian legal system and modern legal literature fails to give a clear answer to these questions.
