Аннотация: The subject of the research is the value sources that ensure the psychological health of modern students. The authors study in detail the scientific aspects of the extent of prior research of psychological health, its phenomenology, and structural organization. They analyze the destructive influence of consumer society, modern mass media, and information technologies on young people’s consciousness. The study emphasizes the value factors of the development of psychologically healthy youth and the role of higher school as an institution of socialization. As attractive value guidelines for youth development, the authors consider the most important layers of sociocultural experience, which concentrate the leading sense loci of a civilized matrix. The authors base the study on the methodology of socio-cultural determination and implement provisions of cultural-historical and axiological approaches when investigating the processes of healthy personality development. They apply methods of modeling and conceptual reconstruction of the value space of healthy youth education. As a result, the study models a holistic structure of youth psychological health comprised of three components: psychosomatic, functional-psychological, and spiritual. The novelty of this result is that the leading role belongs to the spiritual component reflecting the value-sense level of the personality. As the main research result, it presents the construct of value attractors for the healthy development of students, which includes seven conjugated strata of socio-cultural experience: from socio-centric, theocentric, anthropocentric, ethnocentric, nature-oriented, cultural-oriented, and gnoseocentric. Each of these strata concentrates the most significant features of education, which altogether represent an essential civilizational resource for building productive educational practices in modern higher education.

Аннотация: Статья посвящена проблеме укрепления психологического здоровья молодежи в кризисно-трансформационной ситуации развития общества. Цель исследования заключалась в идентификации особо серьезных социокультурных деформаций, негативно отражающихся на психологическом статусе современной российской молодежи. Предметом исследования выступало психологическое здоровье как феномен институциональной и ментальной целостности социума. В отношении развития молодежи данный феномен рассматривался как эффект и результат ее продуктивной социализации, формирования адекватной картины мира, позитивного самосознания и конструктивных паттернов жизнедеятельности.
Научная рефлексия проблемы выполнена на основе методологии социокультурной детерминации психологического развития личности и социальных групп. Представлен анализ исследований и подходов в области психологии здоровья. Показаны ведущие тенденции деформации писхосферы и молодежного сознания. Описаны основные уровни идентификации социокультурных вызовов здоровью молодого поколения: гео-культурный, исторически-формационный, социально-политический, политико-экономический, социологический, психологический. Новизна работы заключается в концептуальном переходе от эгоцентрической парадигмы понимания психологического благополучия и здоровья к культуроцентрической парадигме с опорой на жизненно-деятельный план личности как полноценного субъекта. Полученные результаты могут служить важным теоретическим подспорьем для анализа культурогенных факторов психологического здоровья молодежи и разработки комплексных мер по его укреплению и поддержанию в современных условиях
Abstract: The article is devoted to the problem of strengthening the psychological health of young people in a crisis-transformational situation of the development of society. The purpose of the study was to identify particularly serious sociocultural deformations that negatively affect the psychological status of modern Russian youth. The subject of the research is the psychological health as a phenomenon of the institutional and mental integrity of society. With regard to the development of youth, this phenomenon was considered as an effect and result of its productive socialization, the formation of an adequate picture of the world, positive self-awareness and constructive patterns of life activity. The scientific reflection of the problem is made on the basis of the methodology of sociocultural determination of the psychological development of a person and social groups. The analysis of research and approaches in the field of health psychology is presented. The leading tendencies of deformation of the pisosphere and youth consciousness are shown. The basic levels of identification of sociocultural challenges to the health of the young generation are described: geo-cultural, historical-formational, sociopolitical, political-economic, sociological, psychological. The novelty of the work is caused by the author's conceptual transition from the egocentric paradigm of understanding psychological well-being and health to a culture-centric paradigm based on the life-activity plan of the individual as a full-fledged subject. The obtained results can serve as an important theoretical tool for the analysis of cultural-genetic factors of the psychological health of young people and the development of comprehensive measures to strengthen and maintain it under modern conditions.
